At the heart of the kitchen is a hand-built wood oven and Josper Grill. Together, they provide the heat and flame to perfectly flavour and cook our exquisite meats and seafood.
Working alongside Australia’s finest producers and growers, as well as select Italian artisans, Grill Americano offers delicate handmade pastas, specially procured beef including the rarest wagyu breeds, impeccably fresh seafood and classic Italian desserts.
Our 2,000+ bottle cellar brings together classic producers and regions, as well as cult favourites from around the world, cumulating in one of the most thoughtful collections in Australia.
The Grill Americano Bar is open Monday through Sunday for walk ins.
